Oh, fudge! It’s a fundraiser!

gourmet-fudge-pittsburghSt. Stephen’s is taking orders for a fudge sale! Proceeds will benefit the parish outreach fund.

The cost is $6.99 per half-pound (eight ounces) and the fudge is from The Pittsburgh Fudge Co. in North Versailles. Available flavors are:

    • Belgian chocolate
    • Belgian chocolate nut
    • Butter pecan
    • Chocolate peanut butter
    • French vanilla
    • French vanilla nut
    • Maple walnut
    • N.Y. chocolate cheesecake
    • Peanut butter
    • Rocky road

We must have your order by Nov. 17! Orders will be delivered to the church and available for pickup on Nov. 24 after the 8 and 10 a.m. services.

You can place your orders in the collection plate or drop them off at the church office, 220 Eighth Ave. at Walnut Street. Please specify quantities—how many half-pounds of each flavor you want.

Frank Yesko at St. Barnabas


Congratulations to former parishioner the Rev. Frank Yesko, who has taken over as deacon-in-charge of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, Brackenridge.

According to Grace Happens, the diocese’s e-newsletter, the Rev. Kamila Blessing is retiring from St. Barnabas and Frank has been working alongside her to revitalize the parish. Please keep Frank and St. Barnabas in your prayers!
